Method
1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender.2. Filtering through an iSi Funnel & Sieve directly into the iSi Gourmet Whip.
3.Screw on an iSi Professional Charger and shake about 6 times. If the dressing is too liquid, shake again until the desired consistency is achieved. Serve directly on salad or in a bowl.

1 tbsp honey
150 ml buttermilk
80 g crème fraîche
100 g mature Gorgonzola
