
Method
1. Get prepped:o Pre-scoop your ice cream and keep it in the freezer until serving—this makes assembling super quick.
o Whip the cream until soft peaks form and set aside.
o Grab a banana split dish or a long serving plate.
2. Assemble the base:
o Add 4 generous blobs of whipped cream to the plate to anchor your banana halves.
o Peel and slice the banana lengthways, placing the halves on either side of the plate with a gap in the middle.
3. Build the layers:
o Add 3 more blobs of cream between the banana halves to cradle the ice cream.
o Place the scoops of vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry ice cream onto the cream.
4. Top it off:
o Pipe or spoon extra whipped cream on top.
o Sprinkle with nibbed nuts, hundreds and thousands, and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
o Finish with Opies Maraschino cherries—one on each scoop and a couple more to share.

• 1 ripe banana
• 1 scoop each of vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry ice cream
• Chocolate sauce
• 200ml whipping cream
• A handful of nibbed nuts
• 6 Opies Stemmed Maraschino Cherries
• Hundreds and thousands (sprinkles)
