Method1. Add all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake hard.
2. Transfer back into the shaker without ice and dry shake.
3. Fine strain into a chilled rocks glass with a block of ice.
30 ml MONIN Amaretto liqueur
10 ml MONIN Pure Cane syrup
20 ml Bourbon whiskey
25 ml Lemon juice
2 drops Saline solution
1 Egg white.
Garnish: Orange peel and Maraschino cherry.
