This is an office based role, Monday to Friday (no weekends!), 37.5 hours per week, part-time would be considered for the right candidate.
The salary banding is depending on experience and ER case handling.
This role requires the successful applicant to hold a full UK driving licence and their own transportation, due to some requirement to travel across our multiple sites (all based in Sittingbourne, Kent).

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate HR records using our internal platforms such as PeopleHR, Nvolve and M-Files
- Assisting the HR Manager with HR project work
- Coordinating training for colleagues, supporting the HR Manager with L&D
- Provide administrative support in all aspects
- Collaborate with various departments to address HR-related queries
- Support recruitment activities and onboarding processes
- Assist in colleague relations matters and minute taking in formal meetings
- Provide information, advice and guidance to our management team
Skills:
• Previous HR experience and HR project work
• Must have at least 1 years’ experience of ER case handling
• Must have experience of minute taking within formal meetings
• Good understanding of UK Employment Law / Legislation
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-driven and urgency awareness.
• With an ability to multi task, prioritise and meet deadlines
• ‘Can do’ attitude
• Must be approachable and supportive in their approach
• Maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity
• Confident in communicating both verbally and in writing
• GCSE grade 5 / C or equivalent in English and Mathematics
• Computer Literate with good knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel and Powerpoint
• Complete understanding of GDPR and confidentiality
• Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified, however experience within a similar role is more advantageous.
